Suggested Use
Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the afternoon. Due to the potency of this product do not take more than 3 capsules per serving. Never take more than six capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not take with food. Consume at least 30 minutes before a meal. No not take within 6 hours of sleep. Use product for 60 days and follow with a 15 day break.
